The
QE2 came into Subic Bay for a short visit and docked just 300 yards
from the Hellships Memorial site! Many of the more than 2,000 passenger
walked past or stopped to enjoy the wonderful view from the Memorial
site. Subic Bay is scheduled to become a regular port of call for the
QE2, allowing thousands of people from around the world to visit the
Hellships Memorial each year.
